About half of the Sundays in the month our favorite "Mr. Nate" would come over for dinner and game/popcorn night. He's a football player here at a college and the kids just think he's the best.
Last Sunday before our usual game of "Up, Smith" (only a chosen FEW have been graced with the chance to play that awesome game), Mr. Nate took the kids for a ride on his motorcycle.

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaand they did some duo-riding while Aleeya PATIENTLY squealed her way while waiting for her turn.
Royce happened to be the only one wearing a helmet..............and he didn't get ON the motorcycle. :)

Then here's Aleeya sitting cross-legged on the "Mountain Man's Motorcycle" (that's what the neighbors call him, since they see him drive up all the time in his motorcycle or truck)
And although Iris kept a VERY far and screaming distance from the motorcycle (or ANYTHING loud for that matter), she loves Mr. Nate.............which if you know Iris and men you would know that's pretty odd.
Emerson definitely was usually his constant buddy. Nate said the "wild stallions" have to stick together. A quote from Nate's grandpa, "The wilder the stallion, the better the horse." Here's hoping......
Nate went home for the summer and will get married, then we'll move........bummer, because he sure made Sundays extra fun w/ the kids BEGGING to have Mr. Nate over for game night.

Then I think it's time for you guys to get a motorcycle to keep those sundays going and going!!!!!!!! :)
That's so great! We have our Mr. Nate here but his name is Richard and the kids ADORE him. He comes over for dinner regularly because his wife lives in AZ. Just thinking about a time we might not see him again is so sad! Hopefully you'll get to see mister nate again!
