On Monday I go in for the mid-pregnancy ultrasound, and while checking for healthy innerds we'll also be able (if the baby cooperates) to see the gender of the baby.
This baby I'm especially curious.
I remember when we found out we were pregnant this time and calmed down our excitement Brooks and I looked at each other and said, "I think we're ready for another bundle of blue around here".
It feels like soooooo long since we've had one and I miss it. I STILL call Emerson (with that SWEET face) my "baby boy" and HE'S FOUR!!!!! (But according to the ladies at the gym he's 5 because he told them that so he could be old enough to play video games).
On the other hand, my mother had 3 boys, and then 3 girls, then a boy. In that order. SO FAR, I've followed in her EXACT order. So I'm CONVINCED it's a girl. Not only that, but I WAS THE THIRD GIRL!!!!!!
So part of me is thinking, "THIS IS ME!" in my belly!
To be honest, I would be SHOCKED and stunned if it wasn't a girl. I just think I've convinced myself I'm going to follow my mom's pattern.
Of course, Brooks (as always) would be shocked if it WASN'T a boy!
Like I said, it will be a fun ultrasound to see what's coming next to our family. I just can't contain my excitement to see that little thing again though!!! AHHHHH!

I think it goes w/o saying that Camden is pretty darn fast.

girl or boy? girl or boy? ahh, now i'm excited to find out! how fun you're following your mom's pattern!! seriously? he caught a DUCK? how in the world? i know ducks are way faster than turtles! he does kind of resemble Dash from The Incredibles :)
I can not believe you are already half way!!!! It goes so fast when other people are pregnant! :) boy or girl, they will be loved,. . :) Very cool. I can't wait to see pictures.
I'm all for being nice & neat & even, so I hope you have a girl! :) But, that's coming from the Mom of a NOT nice & neat & even numbered brood! So much for anything I say. :)
Holy Crap! He caught a bird? Seriously, when he grows up I'm going to hire him to be Adam's bodygaurd. We call Adam the Sneaky Ninja because he'll wait until the second we aren't looking and then he'll quietly disappear. I need someone fast to keep up with him.
And wow! You're already at 20 weeks? That went ultra-fast for me. Probably not so much for you, but it's all about me anyway ;)
I can't wait to find out what you're having! I stink at guessing the sex of babies, so I'm not even going to try. Can't wait to hear the news!!
somehow I missed that you were prego! So first off, a very late congrats, second off wow, 6 kids, you go girl, and thirdly my vote is girl cause then you can be the Brady bunch!
